This is the full report from my research with Prof. Sarah Day (William & Mary). It presents our methodology – Takens’ delay embeddings and Gaussian Process Regression (GPR) – and results in three parts: (1) Logistic Map (method validation), (2) Hénon Map (chaotic dynamics), and (3) an ecological application to Salvinia biomass data.
